Issue

Data Str and Op mandatory is not correct. It conflicts with the written use (“this shall be used to model in an generic way the processing/automation of function that are not predefined by one of the groups A, C, M, P or R”). But A, C, M, P and R don’t have Str or Op.

Proposal

Str and Op in GAPC shall be optional.
