Issue

In Tissue 92 it is proposed to delete SIML.TmpAlm in comparison to SIMG.TmpAlm. But this comparison is wrong. In a gas insulation the density is of interest, and this is physically related to the temperature and the pressure - so Tissue No 91 is ok. But there is not such a realtion in liquids ! In a power transformer, the temperature alarm is a widely used and one of the most important information. A lot of power transformers are even equipped with two redundant mechanical temperature sensors, so we need in practice two instances: SIML.TmpAlm1 and SIML.TmpAlm2

Proposal

I strongly recommend to keep TmpAlm in SIML

Accepted since an insulation liquid like oil performes two tasks:
(1) It insulates which is described by SIML.Ins.xyz
(2) It may cool parts like the winding of the transformer which needs a separate description by SIML.Tmp.xyz
