Issue: Why is the attribute OptFlds from USVCB/MSVCB not transmitted as parameter in the Response+ of GetUSVCBValues/GetMSVCBValues as it is for BRCB/URCB in the Response+ of GetBRCBValues/SetURCBValues ?

Same question with SetUSVCBValues/SetMSVCBValues.

Proposal: Update the text and parameter tables for GetUSVCBValues/GetMSVCBValues and SetUSVCBValues/SetMSVCBValues.
