Issue: 1/ In the figure 28, a service SetSVCValue is used and nowhere defined.

2/ In addition, SVC is used but not really defined.

Proposal: In § 16.1, replace the sentence
"A sampled value control (SVC) in the publisher shall be used to control the communication procedure"
by
"A sampled value control SVC (MSVCB or USVCB) in the publisher shall be used to control the communication procedure via the pseudo-service SetSVCValues (SetMSVCBValues for MSVCB or SetUSVCBValues for USVCB)".

Update also the figure 28 by replacing twice SetSVCValue by SetSVCValues.

Accepted in principle. The service SetSVCValue means either SetMSVCBValues or SetUSVCBValues. "A sampled value control (SVC) in the publisher shall be used to control the communication procedure." should be replaced by: "A sampled value control block (either MSVCB for multicats or USVCB or unicast) in the publisher shall be used to control the communication procedure."
