Issue: According to the proposed solution for TISSUE 270 from 7-3, a data ClcTyp shall be added to the common logical node. That data shall indicate, wthere RMS values or other calculation methods are used in a specific logical node instance

Proposal: Add data ClcTyp of CDC INT as described in the TISSUE resolution for TISSUE 270
