Issue: 1/ The title for §10.2.2.4.2 seems uncorrect because FC is an attribute type name (not an attribute name).

2/ The multiplicity for this attribute is not correct because a minimum of 1 value and a maximum of 2 values can be referenced in colum FC of tables in 61850-7-3 (e.g. refer to table 35 for attribute origin).

Proposal: 1/ In this title, replace FC by FunctionalConstraint.

2/ Also replace in the title [0..1] by [1..2]
