Issue: Amp1, Amp2 and Amp3 are not explained in clause 6.

The purpose of Amp1, Amp2 and Amp3 is not clear. The use of MDIF makes sense, when Phasor values are transmitted, i.e. the data OpARem is present. In the case, where we are using directly the samples, this shall be modeled through 3 instances of TCTR.

The terminology (Amp1, Amp2, Amp3) is not in line with the rest of 61850, where we use A, B and C to identify the phases!

Proposal: Delete Amp1, Amp2 and Amp3 in table of clause 5.10.2; change condition of OpARem to M; delete condition explanation below the table; Modify text in B3, consider to add a second drawing.
