Issue: Agreement from the WG10 meeting in Klaus, August 2005.
"The attributes “security” and “noASDU” are mapping specific and defined in 9-2. This security attribute shall also be configurable via SCL. For this purpose a new TISSUE for part 6 shall be entry in the database".

Proposal: Add the security attribute to the SCL.
